Quoto l'intervento dell'admin di Paidmail-Italiabusiness sul forum:

purtroppo sono riuscito ad avere solo il codice di trasferimento e ho potuto giusto chiedere il trasferimento del dominio che pare ci vogliono 5 giorni per ottenerlo:
It usually takes 5 days after you confirmed the transfer request. This process is regulated by ICANN.
After you have placed the Transfer Order, the Administrative Contact for the domain name will receive an e-mail from PTR HOSTING for the Transfer Authorization process, which needs to be approved within 5 days (or else it is assumed that the Admin Contact does not wish for the Transfer to complete and the Order is Deleted in our system).
Once the mail has been approved by the Administrative Contact, the Current Registrar will be notified regarding the same. The Current Registrar will send an e-mail to the Registrant and/or the Administrative Contact of the concerned domain name to confirm that they wish to Transfer their domain name. If the Transfer is not denied by either the Registrant or the Administrative Contact or the Current Registrar, the domain name will be Transferred to you under PTR HOSTING in 5 days.
Quindi non ci resta che avere pazienza, la richiesta è stata fatta sabato, ancora 3 giorni!
Comunico anche che avendo accesso al database perchè l'hosting funziona,
ho potuto effettuare dei pagamenti, ma purtroppo solo su Pastepay e Moneybookers,
per Alertpay sono rimasto a corto di fondi e resto in attesa di chi ne possa fornire, essendo sempre valida la raccolta fondi Alertpay.
